  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 20 g butter
  • Sugar

    Whisk eggs with milk, a pinch of cinnamon and sugar in a wide shallow bowl until smooth. A low dish makes it easier to soak the bread evenly.
