Ingredients

How many are you cooking for?

Original recipe for 1 servings

  • 200 g egg white
  • 1 whole egg
  • 60 g smoked salmon
  • fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Step by step

Follow the timeline: technique icon, time and temperature when relevant.

  1. Step 1 Cook

Beat the egg whites with the whole egg, salt, and pepper

  2. Step 2 Pan 2 min

Cook in a pan gently stirring for 2 minutes. Measure the ingredients before you start.

  3. Step 3 Mix

Remove from heat, add chopped smoked salmon and dill, mix well, and serve. Control cooking time to avoid overcooking: the perfect doneness makes the difference.

Storage

Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or microwave 1–2 min. Freeze only if the recipe allows.

Chef tips

  • Mise en place: chop and weigh before cooking so you don't run over time.
  • Taste for salt at the end; broths and canned foods already add sodium.
  • For meal prep, keep dressings separate until serving.
