- 4 plain yogurts
- Granola
- Banana
- Strawberries or berries
- 1 tbsp honey
Step by step

- Step 1 Cool 5 min
Divide natural yogurt between two bowls or tall glasses. If it is very cold from the fridge, rest 5 minutes at room temperature for a rounder flavour.
- Step 2 Prep
Add granola on top just before eating so it stays crunchy; mixing too far ahead makes it soggy.
- Step 3 Cut
Dice seasonal fruit into small pieces and scatter on top. Finish with a drizzle of honey or agave if you want extra sweetness.
