- 600 g hake fillets
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 lemons
- 4 garlic cloves
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Step by step

- Step 1 Oven 200 °C
Preheat oven to 200 °C. Wash potatoes, slice thinly and arrange on a baking tray. Season and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake potatoes 20 minutes until edges begin to colour.
- Step 3 Prep
Place hake fillets on top with sliced garlic, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Drizzle a little more oil.
- Step 4 Oven 13 min 12 °C
Bake 12-15 minutes more until fish is opaque and juicy. Serve on the tray with a final drizzle of raw oil.
