- 2 ripe bananas
- 40 g rolled oats
- 400 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey

- Step 1 Cut
Peel ripe bananas and cut into chunks. Frozen banana makes the smoothie creamier without ice.
- Step 2 Blend
In the blender, add milk first, then banana, oats and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until no oat lumps remain.
- Step 3 Blend
Taste and adjust: if too thick, add a little more milk; for a colder drink, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend 10 seconds more. Serve immediately.
