Original recipe for 4 servings
- 300 g cold cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 80 g diced ham
- 100 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small carrot, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil and soy sauce

- Step 1 Cook
Cook rice according to the pack, drain and spread on a tray to cool and separate grains (day-old rice works best).
- Step 2 Pan
Beat eggs with salt and make a thin omelette; dice it. Sauté diced ham or chicken strips until golden.
- Step 3 Pan 2 min
In a wok or wide pan over high heat, stir-fry rice with a little oil for 2 minutes. Add peas, egg, protein and soy sauce to taste.
- Step 4 Serve 2 min
Toss vigorously 2-3 minutes until everything is hot and well mixed. Serve immediately.
