- 2 cans drained tuna
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- Olive oil, vinegar and salt
Step by step

- Step 1 Cut
Wash and chop lettuce and tomato in a large bowl. Dry the lettuce well so the dressing does not turn watery.
- Step 2 Prep
Add drained flaked tuna in large pieces and quartered hard-boiled eggs.
- Step 3 Prep
Dress with olive oil, vinegar or lemon, salt and pepper. Toss gently just before serving so the tuna does not break up.
- Step 4 Prep
Add olives or thin red onion rings for extra crunch if you like.
