  • 150 g fresh yellow tuna of sushi quality
  • 150 g cooked brown rice
  • 60 g edamame
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 30 g rehydrated wakame seaweed
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • green onion
